Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump blamed rival Ted Cruz for starting a spat leading up to a report in the National Enquirer claiming "political operatives" are looking into rumors that the Texas senator had multiple marital infidelities.

Trump again denied he or his campaign had anything to do with the National Enquirer report. Cruz on Friday had blamed the report on Trump and his "henchmen" while forcefully denying the report.

"I had nothing to do with it. The campaign had absolutely nothing to do with it," Trump told ABC's Jonathan Karl on "This Week" Sunday. "I have over control over the National Enquirer."

Wouldn’t want to be in Ted Cruz’s shoes now. He has probably gotten a few angry phone calls. The irony is the only person who may be able to rescue him is Donald Trump.

That his wife would have allegedly pushed for an all male staff suggests she may have already known something. That she was/is aware.

The trouble for Cruz would be that he has not the charisma nor the savoir faire of Klintoon. Banging women not his wife would be his undoing.

The trouble for Cruz is that he tells everybody what a severely Christian warrior he is. Cheating kind of cuts into that image.

On that tactic, he will have to answer to the Higher Authority.

Bill Clinton got a pass from feminists on serial adultery because of his political views. He was pro-abortion and the feminists will forgive anything for a politician that holds that view. Anything. Even if it means throwing some of their fellow women to the wolves.

I venture to say that Bill Clinton also got a pass from men because considering who he was married to, who could blame the guy? Really.

Well they live 1500 miles apart. She works 80 hours a week. The kids never see either one of them. Its a recipe for dysfunction. Ever noticed in photos that oldest daughter never smiles.

TRUMP should come back to the REAL SERIOUS questions and let Cruz alone

Yeah right he gets accused of planting a story in the NE by Cruz and he should just ignore it after the MSM run with the accusation

For Bubba, IF he had any real faith, he’d have sought a divorce and allowed himself the ability to do what he did, with at least a clearer conscience.

Trump innocent he just defended his wife.

The Washington Post reports that a Ted Cruz Super-PAC, Keep the Promise I, sent a Carly Fiorina Super-Pac, Carly for America “CfA,” US $500,000.

That distribution from one candidate’s Super-PAC to another, raised the eyebrows of the Federal Election Commission who inquired about the rather unusual transaction.

It is being speculated on social media that Keep the Promise I made the donation to Fiorina’s Super-PAC to keep the alleged affair quiet.
