Interesting. Honestly I did not notice the jacket at first. I did not make the connection. My daughter and her friends (early 20s) saw it immediately and understood what it meant. Maybe it was a generational thing. Then again I'm a guy and that may have played a role.
What is up with the jacket? I have looked at it and don't see anything.

You have to see the Fox video of him showing off his tattoo. They commented on everybody normally wears a jacket on the show. He blew it off with a strange comment. This was at the same time his mistress was tweeting out a picture of the same tattoo on the back side of her shoulder. The "man's jacket" was hanging down around her in the picture.

Its Cruz’s Jacket...cause he is on air at Fox(?) showing his tattoo sans jacket and mumbles something about Harry Reid taking his jacket while his mistress is taking selfies of her matching lover’s tattoo...how sweet.
