Twitter BANNED the hashtag #CruzSexScandal late yesterday after it was the number one trending hashtag yesterday.

They must have gotten some type of cease and desist letter which he obviously DID NOT send to NE.

Lawyer appears to have gone after Twitter but crickets on legal action against NE.

Not true. The hashtag #CruzSexScandal has been and still is running on Twitter non-stop. Twitter has been deleting the Tweets to keep it from trending.
