I don't have tv, so I listen to a lot of internet radio.
Hillary cannot complete a sentence without an inordinate number of "uh"s or "um"s. It is absolutely grating on the listener, and not surprisingly, a habit that indicates the speaker is a liar. (I read that somewhere not long ago)
