Not worth it. Get down in the mud with Trump and you lose. You see, people basically know Trump is a sleaze so when he insults, bullies and belittles it doesn't effect his supporters. That stuff is already baked in the cake. When any one else tries it, it doesn't come off well because.....no other way to say it.......no other candidate in the primary is a slimy as "the Donald".
Cruz denied it. Any follow on allegations Cruz will have to deny as well. My guess is this is a Trump hit job with his CEO buddy at the National Enquirer but without proof Ted shouldn't spend too long making claims he can't prove.
Assuming the NE claims can not be proven and appear to be garbage, Cruz will end up with some sympathy vote out of it. People don't need to be told Trump's people are likely peddling this stuff, they already know that about him. Like I said, already baked in the cake.
And yes, I know the claims that Rubio's guys were shopping this previously, but it is just too coincidental that it wound up with the National Enquirer - a trash mag that has already endorsed Trump and one with a CEO Trump is close to.
Cruz is a serial liar who had no problems putting his wife through this mess! Trump didn’t force Cruz to be a lying sociopath, narcissistic, adulterer.
