Unlike many here, I do not treat treat these guys like some High School sports team and I am some type of junior varsity cheerleader jumping up and down waving pom poms and doing shout downs with the cheerleaders of the opposing crowd.

I treat them like potential job candidates to be the president of the company I founded and built.

Both Trump and Cruz have job qualifications, career accomplishments and executive competency levels that would make either a superb and effective President.

They have different styles but IMHO both their styles have pluses and minuses which make that issue a wash.

Both want the job badly and both are highly motivated and energetic.

What it comes down to are what are ultimately the three most important characteristics a needs to be successful. They are character, judgment and ability to operate and make quick, sound decisions under extreme pressure and fatigue.

Soon, one of these guys may be President and will have to be effective in office.

Both candidates are currently showing very poor judgment in the conduct of their campaigns first by entering into this no win, mutually destructive s**t fight in the first place and second by the petty, emotional and ill advised manner in which they conducting their self induced and self inflicted fratricide.

The general tone, gutter level engagement, the sheer irresponsibility, the recklessness and disregard for the interests and image of the country and office of the President while operating on the world stage with friends and foes alike watching every move, the inability to restrain the selfish desire to fight their personal little feud in the midst of a campaign where the future of the country and the world hangs in the balance, lack of tactical and strategic consideration in their asinine food fight, the disingenuous of their accusations, lies and distortions over the most flimsy and irrelevant of issues and lack of civility and gutter level engagement by both sides goes directly to both judgment and character and both candidates are really showing off and highlighting their lackofs, limitations, personality defects, and other character and judgmental flaws.

They are both showing that their liabilities and predisposition to making bad decisions and poor judgment calls when working under pressure.

How so?

Both have sky high negatives with women and younger voters who they absolutely must win if they are to beat Hillary Clinton or who ever ends up on the Democrat side.

This kind of crap is not helpful to attract these critical demographics.

The Republican Party is on the verge of a bitter civil war and both candidates should be trying to diffuse tensions instead of inflaming them - not just for their own selfish good or the even more selfish good of the Republican Party.

You may not grasp this , but there are several THOUSAND other Republican candidates who are going to be on the same ballots as the Republican nominee and this BS is going to drag them down in the same F**kn’ train wreck Cruz and Trump are engineering for themselves in the General with their childish, petty and narcissistic little tempest in a tea pot food fight.

They have both committed the most basic and the most unforgivable and mortal of political sins and violated Ronald Reagan's 11th Commandment, “Thou Shalt Not Speak Ill Of Another Republican”. Not just Trump and Cruz are going to pay for their sins themselves, instead thousands of Republicans at the State and local level are going to pay for their sins as well.

Ultimately the whole country will end up paying the price if Democrats take the Presidency and wide spread control of down ticket positions..

Lastly, if you are going to fight do a good job and put on a good show of it. Make it Ali Vs Frazier and the Thrilla’ in Manila not John Belushi and the food fight from Animal House. They are doing a pathetic, crap job of fighting each other that does not even rise to the level of the Animal House food fight. Frankly, it's embarrassing and beneath not just them, it's beneath the office of the President they both aspire to.

The rest of the world's leaders are watching in disdain and amusement at amateur hour on parade and their is nothing they enjoy more than watching a political train wreck, especially an American one.

That's just the highlights, but when it's all said and done, both candidates are demonstrating very poor decision making skills when under pressure.

The whole world is watching the spectacle of the two major Republican Presidential candidates showcasing their disqualifications to be president which may have profoundly negative consequences for themselves and ultimately for the country once they become President

Both are currently showing zero leadership skills.

Both need to clean up their acts and follow the 11th Commandment. They need to straighten up, fly right and show they have what it takes to be President

Rant Off
