All the extra money will cause more government spending which is to say more power and control over our lives. Our government will continue to spend $1.20 for every $1 it brings in.

No the budget deficient will not be balanced. But there will be some happy Chinese tire makers. Can’t wait to see how the extra 20% works out on Tea.

You want to count Toyota factories in the USA as a sign that free Trade and the deficits we run yearly because of it, is a good thing.

No. Toyota is taking wealth from this country when they do that. The profit goes to Japan. You don’t want to count CARS, NOR CELL PHONES NOR PLANES NOR SHIPS?

How about Carrier air conditioners? 66 PERCENT of all cars sold here ARE NOT AMERICAN.

About 5,000 M1A1 Abrams tanks were produced from 1986–92, WITH 330 MILLION PEOPLE

In 1943 we produced 25,000 tanks....IN ONE YEAR........ WITH 130 MILLION PEOPLE.
NUMBERS AND FACTS.

COMMUNIST CHINA AND OTHER COUNTRIES HAVE TAKEN OUR INDUSTRY AND WE WILL REBUILD IT AND PROTECT IT.....AND BECOME GREAT AGAIN.

TRUMP IS RIGHT AGAIN. VIVA TRUMP

No. I want to count Toyota factories in the US as stuff being built in America. I’m not saying free trade is a good thing or a bad thing, it’s the weather, it exists, you can deal with it or you can complain about it, but you can’t actually change it.

I’m counting cars, cell phones, planes and ships. I’m counting ALL OF IT. That’s why I’m using FULL MANUFACTURING stats not sector stats.

Maybe American car companies should make better cars.

From 1985 to 1992 there wasn’t much demand for tanks, so we didn’t build as many. But the stat show that had we needed tanks we had (and still have) the factory capacity to retool as needed. We weren’t making many tanks in 1939 either, but they ramped up when it was necessary, since factory output now is higher than it was in 1939 we CAN ramp up again if we have to.

We have lots of industrial capacity. I’ve shown you the stats, shouting doesn’t make you right. Doesn’t make Trump right either. Just means you’re putting a lot of effort into denying facts you find inconvenient.

In 2008, 1.2 billion cell phones were sold worldwide. There are now NO cell phones produced in the U.S.

More numbers and facts for you.

And yet, in spite of that, we’re still making more stuff than ever before. Not everything should be made in a particular country, there are a large list of reasons why a particular product should be made in a particular place. Some of them we can control, some of them we can’t (if the raw material isn’t extracted in your country, or the primary purchasers are on the other side of an ocean there’s not much to do about that).

You can pick on individual sectors all you want, doesn’t change the FACT that we make more here now than ever before.
