It was inappropriate. This one will backfire on Trump.

The wives should be left out of the politics.

The ad with Melania was very inappropriate, but whether you like it or not, Cruz can deny he had anything to do with it. Trump cannot do that when he posts the comparison photo on his own twitter feed.

Women will not like this.

I don’t disagree with Greta’s point (post #4); less informed voters won’t understand the connections. Regardless, what Trump posted was inappropriate.

It was childish. It will hurt him.

Let Cruz be associated with underhanded tactics, don’t try to one-up him. Making fun of another candidate’s wife’s appearance is just not smart. He should let it go and move on.
