Belgian police arrest six in bombing probe, French foil Paris plot

Belgian police arrested six people in their probe of Tuesday's Islamic State suicide bombings in Brussels, while authorities in France said they thwarted a militant plot there "that was at an advanced stage."

The federal prosecutor's office in Belgium said on Thursday that the arrests came during police searches in the Brussels neighbourhoods of Schaerbeek in the north and Jette in the west, as well as in the centre of the Belgian capital.

The arrests came days after suicide bombers hit the Brussels airport and a metro train, killing at least 31 people and wounding some 270 in the worst such attack in Belgian history.

The attack in Brussels, which is home to the European Union and NATO, has heightened security concerns around the world and raised questions about European countries' response to the threat from Islamist extremists.

The Islamic State militant group, which claimed responsibility for the Brussels bombings, also took credit for coordinated attacks in Paris in November that killed 130 people at cafes, a sports stadium and concert hall.

In Paris on Thursday, authorities arrested a French national suspected of belonging to a militant network planning an attack in France.

French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said in a televised address that the arrest helped "foil a plot in France that was at an advanced stage."

Cazeneuve added that the man arrested "is suspected of high-level involvement in this plan. He was part of a terrorist network that planned to strike France."

If anyone but Trump gets elected, we may need to grow a larger Militia to protect our borders. A Militia that doesn’t answer to the government....

The jihadis are heading underground in Europe double-time. They’ll be back in four or five months.

Actually, the United States bears a lot of the blame for what is going on in Europe.

President Obama is directly responsible for the destabilization of the Middle East that gave rise to the recent invasion and for the destruction of Iraq

FWIW, there were public reports in 2012 time frame from various foreign intelligence groups warning that Obama was working with various Groups and countries to engineer a massive refugee crisis that would flood Europe with Muslim refugees and that Obama would try to bring between a quarter million and half million Muslim refugees into the United States.

Sounded crazy st the time.

Now, not so much

The Europeans and liberals are trying to normalize this.

Like it’s just another part of living in today’s world.

That cartoon of the French stick figure hugging the Belgian stick figure and both of them crying made me want to puke.

I’m sorry, but this is what happens when women and gay people run everything.

It’s time to get mad. This victim culture has got to go!

We can defeat them easily. Why aren’t we?

“I’m sorry, but this is what happens when women and gay people run everything.”

Yep. I’m sure some will protest and point to Thatcher and Gold Meir and even Palin - but they are the exception that make the rule.

Europe (especially northern Europe) is completely wussified and we are close behind.

Sooner or later the masculine countries will again rule the world. Simple reality.

These barbarians take pride in attacking “soft” targets of men, women and children civilians going about their daily lives. They are too cowardly to fight against REAL soldiers. Their eternity in hell will be well deserved and their fake god (the devil) and his so-called prophet will suffer the same fate.

Terrorist math. We are losing, hello?
We lose 130 dead 350 wounded in Paris.
They lose maybe 12 killed and captured?
We lose 40 dead in Belgium
They get a couple of people arrested?

Now, if after Paris, 15,000 were arrested and deported to prison in.... Greenland
.....if after Belgium, 30,000 were arrested and deported to prison in ... Greenland or some other nightmarish prison resort

Hell there are probably lots of private companies who would love to fill their privately controlled prisons with this scum for a reasonable price.

THEN the math would not be as favorable to the terrs. They might not receive such love from their neighbors....in fact their neighbors just might rat them out instead of facing a very long vacation to hellhole land.

I'm sure the Redcoats felt the same way about the guerrilla tactics used by the Colonials.

My point being that insulting them over obviously effective tactics is useless. We must either keep them outside our borders, or use the same tactics against them: there is no alternative.

I don’t know, but we sit and have to wait on our excellent/s leader. Of course, he seems to be too busy being bestest friends with the murderous dictator in Cuba, giving him hugs and stuff! He might consider it when he comes back, if we can catch him between trips to visit other “bestest friends” in other parts of the world! (disgusting) But that’s what we’ve been reduced to!
