No. Not likely. They are not going to spend $1 billion + and then bring the jobs back. The letter is a joke. Ford has already made the decisions as to the jobs they are going to move and they are not changing their mind.
I could send a letter to Trump saying, I am here in the US to stay and it would be as meaningful.
