Guiliani: "Hillary Clinton could be considered a founding member of ISIS"

Rudy Giuliani on Wednesday slammed Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton, saying she helped to create the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

"I mean, Hillary Clinton could be considered a founding member of ISIS," the former mayor of New York City told Bill O'Reilly on Fox News on Wednesday night.

Giuliani said Clinton had her chance to do something about the terror group when she was secretary of State, but said she helped to create ISIS by "being part of an administration that withdrew from Iraq." "By being part of an administration that let Maliki run Iraq ... into the ground, so you forced the Shiites to make a choice, by not intervening in Syria in the proper time."

Bill O'Reilly countered, saying Clinton couldn't force President Obama to do anything. He added the only thing she could have done was resign.

"Yea," Giuliani replied. "Which is what a patriot does."

Giuliani continued to hit the Democratic front-runner later in the interview, saying he doesn't want to see her in the White House.

It’s heating up even more out there.

How can we beat ISIS, when we can not even control the Romney RNC?

Rudy is great on crime. Busted up the mob, godfathers of the unions, and ushered in the demise of both.

His endorsement is going to be LEGENDARY, especially when Trump hints he’s going to be his go-to guy for busting up organized terror cells and Mexican drug gangs.

Guys like Scott Walker have been good with the lawyer part of busting up the cowering remains of unions, but Giuliani is the king of punching organized socialists in the balls.

I would not be a bit surprised if Rudy were on Trump’s ticket.

People like Giuliani and Christie, who came out of the Fiorello La Guardia School of Hardball Politics, know how to fight. They have sharp elbows. They know how to go for the jugular. They know exactly how to take on entrenched corruption.

Rudy is going to be a fine asset to the Trump campaign. He has the bona fides for it.

Two New Yorkers on the ticket would create a problem for the Electoral College. I think Trump will convince Jim Webb, the former Democratic senator from Virginia, to change parties, endorse him and then bring him on the ticket.

In 2008 when Guiliani ran for President I did not support him. I felt he was too liberal and didn't care for his Mr. 9-11 card.

However, in hindsight, he was probably the only candidate out of that field who could have won against Obama. It was odd how he was a frontrunner and then then fell off. From what I heard he had some sudden health issues which interfered with his campaign.

Jim Webb would be a good pick. However, don’t know much about him. I think Trump’s achilles is with suburban/working women. I don’t know how much he would help with that demographic.

Webb was Reagan’s Secretary of the Navy. He is the kind of Democrat who wants to leave his party because it has lost its way, but holds out hope that it can be saved. It can’t. It’s over. He needs to prepare the last rites for his old party.

It was the foreign policy she oversaw at the State Department (pull out from Iraq, the overthrow of Qudaffi) that led to the formation of ISIS. So yes, I would say she has a part in the formation of ISIS.

“I would not be a bit surprised if Rudy were on Trump’s ticket.”

I don’t think Guilianni would help a GOP ticket much and cosnsidering some of more left leaning postitions, I would not be comfortable with him being a heartbeat away from the Presidency. We are already taking a big gamble with Trump. However, I think Rudy would make a fine Attorney General in a Republican administration.

"Hillary Clinton could be considered a founding member of ISIS ... by being part of an administration that let Maliki run Iraq ... into the ground" -Guilliani

She probably had zero influence on Obama...who should have sacrificed popularity in order to be able to do at least the moral minimum to avoid losing Iraq.

O’Reilly asked him about DHS, Rudy deferred, Bill then said, if the country called you would answer...

The DHS bureaucracy is so hopelessly screwed up that only someone who can get people into a room, kick their asses, take their names and knock heads together can make it function. Rudy has the necessary experience in New York to do the job.
