Venison or beef?
Years ago, I remember a stretch of I78 in NJ, covered with exploded deer remains, in the white snow, after being hit by semis traveling at 75mph. There were always 2-3-4 pick-ups stopped trying to salvage meat. Nasty, but very tenderized, probably. Then NJDOT put-up the 10ft chain link fences and it stopped the deer crossings in that area.
