In her speech Heidi shared how Ted fell in love with and memorized the U.S. Constitution as a teenager.

Apparently some parts of it didn't stick, such as:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President

Yeah he seems to have forgotten that part.

Natural born citizen
Born here of citizen parents
Naturally a US citizen as there is no other possiblity of being anything else.
Solely a US citzen and nothing else.

A Cuban/Canadian/American is no more eligible than a Kenyanesian/American.
