It’s is beyond me why Ted Cruz let’s this kind of talk get out there. Of course the original propagators of this speech were his wife and father...both of whom seem to have disappeared from sight.

I've written before about the need for Cruz to cut a deal with Trump before the window of opportunity closes.

It has closed.

Cruz will come out of this election with nothing. No Court appointment, no Executive Branch position from which to launch a future run. Nothing.
