I*m probably as old as you, and thought the same. But as I look back, I realize that the media has been Left-biased for my entire lifetime.

I only realized this during the Bush-(Bill) Clinton campaign in 1992.

I saw the subtle tricks of words and images the media used to make Bush look bad and Clinton good.

Then I look back at Pres Eisenhower and realize that the as the media portrayed Ike, he did nothing but play golf 24 hours a day. And they made Mamie look like a deranged old hag.

I am sure it goes back much further than my life experiences,

When the media became this way, I can not say.
