“If Trump’s selling of ties made in China is a signal to send the tie manufacturers to China it is about 15 years too late.”

How could it be anything but a price signal to the remaining - yes, some remain - U.S. tie manufacturers.

The same could be said for automobile and air conditioning manufacturers which Trump has promised to force to return to the U.S. But with Trump's cozy, profitable relationships with Red Chinese sweat shops, where is his credibility?

What is needed is someone that talks like Trump confronting people that act like Trump.

Most of the clothing factories have moved to China or other countries years ago. You can’t come up with a factory in the USA when they have been closed for years and are either empty buildings with broken windows or mill buildings that have been put to other uses. I live in Massachusetts and I see it all around. My parents worked in the mills, most of the people of my ethnic group as well are other groups worked in the mills for a century but now most of those jobs are gone and they started disappearing in the 1970s.
