That's the truth! Our society has put unwed mothers on some sort of pedestal and expects us all to view them as selfless martyrs who are doing the Lord's work. That's the case with some widowed and divorced mothers, IMO, but not the case for unwed women who squeeze out bastards for a bigger welfare check. The problem is that as a society we don't discriminate between the worthy and unworthy.
