It’s sad that Rush, who never support a canidate has been supporting first Rubio, who he still insists is a conservative, and now he supports Cruz.

If you listen to his dhow you can hear his little digs at Trump supporters and slobbering all over Cruz’s butt.

Rush is losing listeners.

Joined the #NeverRush movement and now just monitor his sad trombone via the handy daily Rush thread on FR (thank you!). Other than quickly scrolling through 1000’s of posts, I have gotten back 15 hours each week for other pursuits.

Rush doesn’t get it.

It’s amazing to say that.

The system has “failed”. The system include HIM and other talking heads, the media in general, certainly the politicians, and the design and organization of power that we know as the establishment.

They’ve failed.

We don’t want them in power anymore. We can’t elect talk show hosts, but we do get to vote on politicians.

I don’t hate Rush or Cruz, but they need to come up to speed and start speaking for people who support them and direct fire at the rich and elite forces that among other things:

1. Support wide open borders and the importation of cheap labor.

2. Support Common Core in the education system.

3. Support Planned Parenthood...now there’s an easy one, conservatives need to say the taxpayers don’t need to fund PP since rich people (like my millionaire Democrat Governor Tom Wolf) already do. Let the rich pay for PP, not the taxpayers.

4. Oppose First Amendment religious freedom and or freedom of speech for gay marriage opponents by opposing Religious Freedom legislation. (I thought religious freedom legislation was dead last year, but Georgia suddenly passed a bill last week despite professional sports teams and big business opposition. No guarantee Governor Deal will sign it but I think Donald Trump’s “March Through Georgia” in the primary several weeks back did the trick there)

Rush is, of course, right, but he doesn't address the next question: Will Trump's policies fix it? I don't believe they will.

Take immigration: "Build a wall, and make Mexico pay for it." The wall is necessary, BUT NOT SUFFICIENT. As many people overstay visas as sneak in over the border. What's Trump's plan to fix that? And how is Mexico going to pay for it? As president Fox said "Mexico isn't paying for any f#@*!#g wall." So Trump's answer: import duty on Mexican goods. That means you and I are paying for it in increased prices.

How about medical care. Trump's plan? Abolish Obamacare; replace it with a seven point plan on his website. Except that his plan misses tort reform, kills development of new drugs, and doesn't mention his plan to expand socialized Medicaid so "people don't die on the streets".

Chinese imports? A 45% import duty. So WalMart prices double, China reciprocates and hello Smoot-Hawley, the cause of the Great Depression.

Make America Great Again. How? "Hire good people and negotiate well." OooooKay

In short, My opinion is that his goals are fantastic, his plans to actually achieve them are incomplete and unrealistic.

Rush has made a fortune sitting on his ass talking about conservatism, maybe he should have turned some of his “obscene profit” into action to do something about it years ago.

Podhoretz is just another hate-filled warmongering neo-con artist, why should anyone expect him to be any different than the rest of them?
