In the documents released by the Sheriffs office, the officers discuss when they first became involved in the “incident”. It was definitely a planned ambush. They mention the use of ladders as in shooting ladders to have a better shot at their target.
I have a facebook friend who took pictures of the scene and you can clearly see where they cut tree limbs off to secure a clear shot.
It’s disgusting-Michele Fiore and other elected officials met with the FBI, Judge Grasty and others on Jan 9 with offer to help negotiate. They were told no negotiations. The authorities said the protesters just need to go home.
Judge Grasty nastily says to the elected reps of Coalition of Western States, “Who invited you here?”
He also refers to the protesters as “terrorists” which the reps called him out on. His response was well people need to quit calling the BLM terrorists because he has family who work there. Imagine that, one of the instigators/insiders has family with the BLM.

Kathy, this is a foregone conclusion. They know they will get away with murders as they have many times before.
The men who rightfully stood up to them knew they would be murdered, too.
