When is anyone going to focus these “youths” towards anything beyond sports and/or rapping? There are literally millions of them vying for thousands of slots - with no backup plan if they don’t make the cut.

There are literally millions of them vying for thousands of slots - with no backup plan if they don’t make the cut. That segment of society needs to remain ignorant and dependent on government. As long as the ruling class have their limos and gated communities, the poor sub-cultures are of no concern, as long as they vote the right way.
