Some certainly are.
Blacks I’ve worked with have been hostile to Hispanics for years; I believe they can’t ignore the fact that many positions in the company formerly held by blacks are now filled by Hispanics. Years ago there were relatively few Hispanics; now there are probably as many as whites, with few blacks left.
