In Seattle some years ago a jumper on a bridge blocked traffic for hours. People were heard to yell things like “just jump!”.
In a later analysis by the news people who had been blocked by this jumper it was revealed that there was a heart in a cooler for a child coming from the airport enroute to a hospital. With only so many hours available...
And many other terrible disruptions for people.
Since that time I have become very intolerant of blockers of traffic. I think they should have the harshest penalties possible.
I think I read about that and I agree completely with you.
Like a sizable bounty payable for EACH time ya run one over.
