Trump can say illegal immigrant until he is blue in the face and NPR and other media outlets will say "immigrant" because that is what their style books say to do. Trump may be smart to call them something else like cupcakes (media would have to explain) or the more accurate term "interloper". It's early lets have the Republicans define the dialog for once, if we have to explain every time we use a term then that battle is lost.
