Not if their ship bears the Made in China label.

Are those some special radar absorbing tiles or is that just some really bad welding.
To: sukhoi-30mki
soebarkah is completely untrustworthy.

Of all the things to call it, “Dreadnought” has got to be the least apt.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either satire or opinion. Or both.)

Welding good. Plating thickness thin.
Just have to keep the water out.
PS This ship design looks Soviet. Compartmentalized systems.

This idiot author fancies himself a naval analyst.
Perhaps somebody should ask him, publicly: How far will a anti-ship Tomahawk shoot? A thousand nautical miles before it flies down the exhaust flue?
Tell me how any CURRENT American warship is "out ranged" again?
A single Burke Class DEDG can send 3-4 missiles at 20 different ships within a 1000 mile radius...and still maintain it's anti-air role.
And that doesn't even count our subsurface capabilities, nor naval air.
How is it that these people get paid to write this drivel?

And improved them. Better stealth, Air scan radar a deck higher, and here's the big one phased array fire control.
Burke is looking last century.

Doesn’t look all that stealthy. How will it do against lasers?

A fine, fine, class of ship that deserved to sail. A shame we didn't follow through and build them.
In that same vein, at the end of World War II, the final Iowa-class battleship (USS Kentucky / BB66) was not
only uncompleted but was used as parts to repair other Iowa-class ships, specifically USS Wisconsin / BB64.
For some reason the following picture of the Kentucky I've always found disturbing:
Kentucky's sister ship USS Illinois (BB65) was actually intended to be the first of the Montana class but was retained as an Iowa class vessel and was left uncompleted at the end of WWII, her hull did nothing but rust until she was broken up in 1958, a real shame:

I was expecting a Iowa Class or Bismark Class ship. Not something smaller than Trump uses as a launch ;-)
