Cruz supporters are fools.
Cruz is no outsider. He is the pick of GOPe’s.
He reminds me of GW Bush who played the “I’m a conservative” card then turned into Jeb! when it came to illegals. “Come on in, come get your free stuff!”
After Trump kills it in AZ how is Cruz going to rationalize continuing a race he can never win? I predict after the AZ results Trump begins to call for Cruz to get out. I would.
If you had told me two years ago that Mitt Romney and Lindsey Graham would be endorsing Cruz for President during the nomination process, I would have been ecstatic, pretty much regardless of the exact circumstances. The GOP establishment hates Cruz with a passion.
Trump is no conservative. His promises right now might have absolutely nothing to do with what he will do as President—there’s just no way to know. I get wanting to blow everything up and try something radically different with a man who can’t be bought, but there’s no reason to trust anything that Trump says.
I think Ted is real. What I’m afraid of is that the GOPe thinks they can turn him. Unfortunately, they may be right. He just doesn’t have the money Trump has.
The Trump supporters are such hypocrites like their idol, DJ Trump. They argue whatever serves their purpose for the moment. When it suited them, Trumpers said Cruz is hated by everyone in Washington. Now that the establishment has been brought down and uniting behind Cruz reluctantly, the Trumpers argue that Cruz is an establishment guy. Truth means nothing to Trumpism and in that sense it is similar to Obamaism.
