Yeah yeah yeah...so what else is new. The establishment needs a Hillarybot to keep world order as they want it.

Yes, although the deal with Ford to get the pardon may have already been made.

The point is that there is a precedent for pardoning people without specifying the crimes and without a conviction.

As a mechanism for concealing wrong-doing in government, I would be pretty confident that our Founders would have opposed doing this, although they might have recognized that an out-of-control prosecutor can make life hell just by prosecuting.

Nixon was not being investigated for treason or influence peddling, either. No such thing as a “blanket pardon”, charges must be listed, else she will write a tell all book and brag about enough crimes to fill an encyclopedia.

How will 0bama “pardon” the Clinton Crime Syndicate, or whatever it is called this week?

0bama can’t pardon her if he is out of office, or she hasn’t been convicted.

For pardoned Nixon -- who hadn't been officially charged with anything, much less convicted.

Yep. That is my ace in the hole. I hope the FBI can put together the case for the quid pro quo cash-for-secrets narrative. LIVs can certainly understand that...hopefully.

The wild cards in all this are Barky and what HRC know about him. How close does this come to Barky. He rec’d 22 (at least confidential) emails that he had to know were from her private server.

Comparing Nixon’s actions to Hillery’s is ridiculous.

Exponentially different in magnitude.

Like comparing a parking ticket to a murder charge.

Here's the relevant text from Ford's Pardon of Nixon:
"Now, Therefore, I, Gerald R. Ford, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974."

Not to the American people who like Mrs. Bill.

#30 ~~ Judicial Watch, an organization that has made big bucks suckering conservatives with its cons. ~~

Present us with your evidence, Seruzawa. Otherwise we aren’t interested in your accusation.

Have a delightful day.

You don't have to minimize Nixon's crimes in order to hope for justice for Hillary.

Nixon conspired to obstruct justice by paying hush money to government sponsored spies. He went to great trouble to erase the 18 minute gap in the White House tapes. We will never know what additional crimes he covered up.

Nixon's opening up of trade with China has had a disastrous effect on our economy and has provided support for a ruthless oligarchy controlling a fourth of the world's population. I'm sure Nixon's cronies profited well from this treason.

If there comes a day when there is no justice in our courts, then it won't matter what our external enemies have in mind. The internal enemies will have succeeded in enslaving us.

Even if they could understand, it wouldn't matter. LIVs like Mrs. Bill.

Probably the easiest way would be for one of the intelligence agencies to arrange some very serious and fatal series of accidents for the people who compromised this information. It is doable and if done correctly could be blamed on Islamic radicals.

“...I remember when someone handed him an IPhone in 2008 and he didnt know how to make a call. He’s basically an idiot.”

You could hand me an iPhone right now and I wouldn’t know how to make a call with it. You’d have to show me first.

Why would they need a warrant? They got the hard drive long ago. They’re not waiting for the Dept of State to release emails like Judicial Watch.

The news came out long ago that the drive was not “professionally” wiped. They’ve had all of the emails for some time. That’s why they have 100 to 150 agents assigned to the investigation.

The FBI has known about Hillary’s private sever for close to two years when they interviewed Guccifer in the Romanian prison. I suspect after discovering Blumenthal’s communications to Hillary in the open, the investigation started soon after. That may have also been the beginning of the investigation into Hillary’s corruption in office.

Obama is facing the prospect of destroying his legacy and facing his remaining days in office in an environment where the oxygen is sucked up by the corruption revelations. YCBYA Congress is going to be grid locked by the revelations. The SCOTUS nominee will be a victim of the preoccupation with the upcoming revelations.

If Trump wasn’t running the media might cut her some slack. With Trump pillorying Hillary over her criminality you won’t hear the end of it.

Maybe someone should put the Kardashians on suicide watch because they’ll have to endure a prolonged period of virtually no attention from the media.

Obama pardoning her before the general election would put a stake through the heart of her campaign.
