Amidst the shuffle of the Trump candidacy is how well he is polling in the Black community, over twice as high as any other GOP candidate, which we documented back on November 2nd. Whats not as well known is Trumps successful battles against racism and anti-semitism over the last three decades & more. From this April 1997 Wall Street Journal story about his Mar-a-Lago property and his roiling the old social order in the thenracist Palm Beach scene, we have this little tidbit worth bringing to your attention (photos added by me):
March 17th Update:
Since the original November 3rd publication, more on Donald Trumps fight against the rampant racism & anti-Semitism in Palm Beach has come to our attention, going as far back as 19851 in Vanity Fair; and also in the Washington Post on November 14th 2 See navy blue text.

I’m sure the establishment will come up with the reason that Trump did this for self-aggrandizement.
Oh but we know that can’t be true after all trump is Hitler. /s
When I grew up in the 50s
We all went to the same school blacks jews whites and for the most part we all got along
Played sports with every one
It was are parents that hated different groups
Every one had there own part of town to live in
From a .co.uk web site? Guess the GOPe is too focused on US media to this point and can only stop these articles here.
Was Cruz still a Canadian citizen at this time?
Trump’s ACTUAL LIFE inoculates him from charges of sexism and racism.
I did see a very similar article a month or so ago on a US web site but forgot to bookmark it. Good to see it getting wider coverage.
This man resides in Cherry Hill, N.J. but has a blog at the U.K. Telegraph. I found it via a Facebook post.
Liberals are the most racist people around.
Then there is the old money vs the new money who hate each other.
Great find, SueRae. Thanks!
What they WON'T report is the real reason for the GOPe and even Ted's main objection to Trump: He hasn't "paid his dues" and has cut in line ahead of those who think it's their turn!
Trump is nouveau. That’s what they can’t forgive. He speaks like Christopher Walken rather than Christopher Buckley and that’s another thing they can’t forgive.
ping. p.s. I hope I did that right.
But the Jesses and Als of the world don’t like Trump because he cuts into their business.
Find evidence that Bill and Hill were guests at these anti-Semitic and anti-black clubs during the same time that Trump was bucking the system to make his club inclusive.
It shouldn't be hard. Even during the Arkansas days they followed money where-ever they could sniff it out.
Trump’s supposed racism and bigotry are obviously a creation of the media, which evokes memories of Barry Goldwater in 1964. Goldwater was a champion of equal rights long before “civil rights” became a rallying call for even the black community. In the late 40s and early 50s, Goldwater, then a Brigadier General in the Air Force Reserve, campaigned aggressively for the full re-integration of the military and even threatened to resign his commission over the issue. However, in 1964, Goldwater was painted as a racist warmonger by the media and the real racist, LBJ, who, after passage of the 1964 Civil Rights Act uttered the [purposely forgotten and eliminated from history] words, “We’ll have those ‘n*&&^rs’ voting for us for 200 years.”
Makes one want to conclude that, whatever the media says, the opposite is likely true; they’re probably accusing us of that of which they themselves are guilty.
Old buddies, Bubba Clintoon, Bush senior and George Wallace.
Bill and Hill dressed like this to prove how they were pro black Americans.
Breathtaking....
