Voters dont decide the nominations; delegates do preferably in smoke-filled rooms where rational decisions about the future of a party can be hashed out. .

A third party would also help sink Trump and elect Hillary Clinton. Electing a weakened and corrupt Democrat that Republicans would unite against in Congress is a far better reality than allowing a charlatan to hollow out a party from within. Here you go: This is what the true voice of the GOPe sounds like.

"Electing a weakened and corrupt Democrat that Republicans would unite against in Congress....."
I have absolutely ZERO confidence that that would happen. ZERO! NONE! NADA!
Which is EXACTLY why I'm voting for Trump.

With the exception of two terms, the Republicans have controlled the House for the past 20 years. AKA, the branch of Congress that controls the purse strings for the ENTIRE federal government.
Have they “united against weakened and corrupt Democrats” in that time span?
