The fact that people don't attend church as often as they used to has nothing to do with their religious faith.

Thank you. I was going to avoid this thread, but you've given me courage. I haven't been inside a church for 20 years, other than weddings, funerals, and Christmas cantatas.

I won't go into why that is. I continue to believe. I pray daily. I study the Bible, although perhaps not as much as I should. I try to live a life consistent with my beliefs, although I often fail.

The Lord and I are on good terms. I don't see any need to monkey with the arrangement.

You are missing out on the fellowship and praise and worship of the Lord that church attendance provides. And if you don’t tithe you are robbing God.
