Then blame the California Republican Party for scheduling their primary in June...EVERY TIME.
Believe me, I sympathize - I'm in Texas, and in '08 the race was decided even before I could vote for Fred Thompson. I also lived in NJ for most of my life - with the primary pretty much always on the same day as CA's (as it is this year). Add to that the fact that NJ has been a blue state since 1992, and hasn't had a Republican Senator (other than as a temporary fill-in for someone who died) in decades. It sucks to not be represented, to have no voice - but sometimes reality sucks...deal with it.
This is simply not Ted Cruz' year - but he's young and, if he doesn't blow it by hurting the Party, he'll be around for a long time and do some great things (maybe even be President later).
You can’t blame them...the GOPe punishes states for early elections. Just try to go first and see what happens. Florida tried to go a little early last cycle and they only got 1/2 the delegates to the convention. Plus someone has to be last.
