So shrinking oversized centralized government is emasculat(ion). Fitting that he uses near-Biblical language to describe the leviathan.

And that would be exactly wrong (emasculating government) because why. Rep. Yarmouth? More government is NOT the solution to our problems. More government is the CAUSE of our problems. The faceless drones of the bureaucracy are destroying this country with their ceaseless regulations and red tape. The congress has abandoned its responsibilities and is letting the POTUS govern by decree. That is called dictatorship — and the Left and RINOs love it.

...saying, Republicans want to emasculate government at every possible turn and want to starve the beast. I'd say it's more a case of applying liposuction to combat the obesity in government.

They’ve been doing it to the citizenry long enough. It’s time to take turns and guess whose turn it is this time?

Shrinking the size of Government ?? What a crock of Shite !! The Republicans have increased the budget by 50 billion every year since taking over the house. The GOP is no better than the RATS, all they care about is getting reelected.

Assuming president Trump, he needs a conservative “brain trust” in his cabinet and other appointments, especially federal prosecutors.
Talk about cleaning the Aegean stables.
There are going to have to be major purges at the Pentagon, the EPA, NOAA, Education, HHS, HUD, Interior, IRS, the 17 agencies of the Intelligence community, the 100+ federal police agencies, TSA, Homeland Security, NASA GISS, Labor, State, Transportation, Energy, Commerce, etc. ad nauseum.
And the purges are just a preface to wiping out broad sectors of government, regulation, excesses and criminal acts.
This is why a Trump presidency desperately needs Ted Cruz to be on the SCOTUS.
