The right to peaceably assemble, like the right of free speech, is constitutionally protected against the government but not against our neighbor.

It is actually Donald Trump who is invoking government to throttle free speech when his side argues that their right to peaceably assemble gives them the right to censor speech. Unfortunately, Donald Trump censors speech by encouraging violence.

Your statement is nothing more than Alinskyite rubbish.

And you know little about the US Constitution if you think that peaceful protesting is subversive agitprop intended to shut down free speech.
