BTW, North Dakota (Curly’s state) delegates can vote any way they want on the first go-around since they don’t have a primary and are considered unbound. I’m glad Curly is opening his big mouth now. It’s starting to become clear that the primaries don’t count with these folks. I predict Cruz plans on winning by making deals with the delegates, regardless of what his primary pledged delegates are.
