But that is not what he said. He literally said that if he was short of what his own party says the requirement should be but is ahead of everyone else and he loses, there could be riots.

Just to be clear. Trump saying this: “I think you’d have riots. I think you’d have riots.” - trump March 16, 2016” is exactly the same as the guy actually VOWING to Riot?
