I think that suit was just dropped. it was a Rubio supporter that filed it and Rubio is helping Kasich.

I don’t understand this. If he didn’t get the signatures in PA, why isn’t he just off the ballot? Why does it matter if someone challenges it?

The thing is....Pennsylvania has a loophole primary, and it doesn’t say on the ballot which candidate the delegate supports, if any.

I have scoured the web for a list of which delegates support which candidates and have generally come up empty.

It looks like Justin DePlato (18th District) supports Trump.
