Ah, thought so.
Probably won’t matter. I think Trump will wrap up the needed delegates and all of this convention BS is a) clickbait and teasing for the media and b) the GOPe working to undermine their own candidate for a few more months so Hillary can win in November.

I think it's simply that Levin is moving to stage 3 of loss and grief, from anger to bargaining. A brokered convention fills his need to bargain.
