NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! Polls rigged?? Just got back from voting. Been voting same party forever. I had no problem. Mary ‘s voter ID card had her down as Non partisan. They told her she couldn’t vote.
Finally , she got permission from the county to do a provisional ballot and she had to jump through hoops. Poll worker said there were MANY MANY of them the same way.
We registered the same day, same time. It appears the folks that typed the information, typed her in as non partisan when she has been voting same party for years. There were two in front of us in the same boat.

Most states, if not all, gives you the ability to look up your voter registration information. Had you or your wife checked her information prior to the election, she could have had them fix it and she probably wouldn’t have had an issue voting.
I check my information before every election, just to make sure it is valid. I have never had an issue, but if I ever did, I would have plenty of time to correct it before voting day.
Those provisional ballots will not be counted unless they’re “needed”. At least that’s the way I’m told it is. Just like absentee ballots. They know how many there are so they know whether or not they’ll make a difference.
Since both the dems and repubs want to stop Trump it doesn’t matter what party the county leans.

I just voted in Palm Beach county, and the lady behind me got turned away for being registered as independent. She was told there was nothing that could be done to switch for today's primary... I heard the whole conversation clearly.
