And then tonight, as violence broke out, the rally was canceled all together. Now, the responsibility for that lies with protesters who took violence into their own hands. The false theme is that Cruz didn't blame the protesters. But since the lie has been repeated enough times, people believe it...At this point, they must want to believe it. Not sure what purpose it serves, but they believe it.

And this is why you have no credibility. Because RIGHT after this, without a break, Cruz clearly went on to do the opposite and blame Trump for everything. His statement blaming Trump was three times as long as this short "token" statement. We're not idiots. In the live video, without cutting out the most relevant part which you did, he was doing nothing but blaming trump.

I am sorry if you think I took Ted’s comment about the violence out-of-context. In an earlier post, I placed the larger quote.

I am just so tired of the flat-out lies. Cruz placed the blame for the violence on the protesters. Read his quote.

Then he went on to talk about DTs ‘culture’ (like his quote ‘knock the crap out of them’ maybe). Much like Obama ‘bring a gun’, the words mean something. I think it was quite obvious what Cruz was talking about, if you slow down and read the word ‘but’ in his quote, it seems to me that ‘knock the crap out of them’ would be ‘affirmatively encouraging violence’.

It seems to me that people want to believe the lies about what Ted said...and many have called out Ted for the ‘culture’ of his campaign - when a staffer repeats a CNN news story...

Again, I don’t want to misrepresent what Cruz said, I am trying to stop the misrepresentations...so many of them...constant...frustrating...I can’t sit here at work all day and try to correct the record...A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on.
