If you scroll further down the page it looks they have called the race, but not sure I am reading it right.

No, their spreadsheet has Cruz ahead, but they are short about 250,000 votes right now. If the lead stands, Trump will get the 12 at-large.

How many times tonight have I seen, 100% in, Trump wins, and then somebody says such and such numbers are still out. Not conducive to relaxation.
