Agreed, but how long will it take before an manufacturing capability is up and running sufficiently to sustain multiple "winning" long term trade deals? One year? Five years? Ten years?

Of course I have no idea. But seems to my simple mind that it could happen fast, Trump is a many who likes things done fast, well, and without waste of money. I think there will be a big coattail effect and Congress will not be obstructionist.
