Just watch the first 2-4 debates where Kasich went after Trump HARD and literally came off as psychopath against Trump. Trump of course swatted him like a fly.
I agree with Newt that the two anti-establishment candidates (Trump/Cruz) would join forces rather than have the establishment take the nomination away from them.
