It is some old school stuff.
Back in the day, when “articles” and “comments” were displayed in the order in which they were posted,
any comment would send the article back to the top of the list.
BTTT = bump to the top

It just means: Back To The Top.

I use it to save a copy of the article to “My Comments”, so I can find it later.
