Moderate muslims are sheep and live in a culture of intimidation and fear. No negative comments. DT would understand the problem because he also uses the same tactics within a peaceful nation. He doesn't have to behead people, he just has to threaten with lawsuits.

1983 NYTimes article. I am not saying that DT is responsible for the violent actions of those sponsored by Soros' Moveon.org. Although he did accuse Pam Geller of doing so. I am saying that DT knows that agressive lawsuits also keep negative comments "off the record."

“His alternating skills of charming some individuals and riding roughshod over others has earned Donald Trump a reputation in some quarters as someone not to be trusted. He reneged, for example, on a promise to donate to a museum the Art Deco bas- reliefs on the facade of Bonwit Teller’s - bulldozed to make way for Trump Tower. It was a sin deemed unforgivable by landmark preservationists. But the only negative comments about Donald Trump these days are given off the record.”

why? might have something to do with intimidating lawyers whose boss loves and enjoys lawsuits. The same person who wants to loosen those rules.

I think you picked the wrong Pew Poll for your link. Try:

Little Support for Terrorism Among Muslim Americans | Pew Research Center
http://www.pewforum.org/2009/12/17/little-support-for-terrorism-among-muslim-americans/

The 27% number is the American Muslims who don’t believe that suicide bombing in the name of Allah is never justified or is sometimes or always justified. And in lots of countries the belief that it is sometimes or always justified is much higher.

While it is comforting to see that large numbers of Muslims think it is NEVER justified, it is disheartening to see that there are also large numbers who don’t hold that view.

And suicide bombing attitudes may have as much to do with arguments against suicide itself as the bombing part.

Me, too. Then again, it is an Indian website and the comments are from Indians rather than politically correct Americans.

Truth is truth, even when it isn’t politically correct.

How is recognizing an unfortunate reality, anti-Muslim? How is wanting to secure the borders of your own people, anti-anyone else?

The "politically correct" enforcers of Leftist world-wide fantasies, have been getting away with their bullying tactics such as this, for far too long.

One could just as well be accused of being anti-Muslim, for pretending--as did Chris Wallace in the subject interview--that 99.9% of the world's Muslims were not anti-American, as pretending that more of them were anti-American than actually are. In either case, it would be an insult to either overstate or understate their attitudes. (If you really respect people, you have to accord them recognition for what they really do believe.)

Trump referred to surveys with which he is familiar. Maybe 27% was too high, maybe too low. He, at least, was looking at the reality that the figure is very high--as witness who won the Egyptian election, after Obama's Arab Spring; as witness the relative stability of the Iranian Government; as witness what has been happening in Yemen and Libya; etc., etc..

They have another poll which I didn’t have time to find that is more explicit about the percentage levels in countries world-wide of Muslims who support jihad actively, support or sympathize the militant doctine, etc. It is quite an eye-opener.

What Chris Wallace should have done for Fox news is get these Pew Polls before he made some statement without identifying the source.

I’m sorta on the fence about Trump—but on this issue I think he nailed Wallace. And he’s on the money about the problem with Islamist Muslims.

The apologists say only 10% of Muslims endorse/actively support the more militant position on violence. Am I supposed to be reassured because ONLY 100-200 MILLION of them want to behead me, enslave my grandchildren and rape the women?

When they are interviewed and asked if they follow the Koran, if they say they do, it says to enslave, or convert, or kill, that’s it. The Koran says its ok to lie to infidels, and many justify this as a caliphate, so lie to take the meek and timid, and trick them. Hopefully the powerful will die with them when they attack.
