Ted Cruz Loses Law Enforcement After Siding With Bill Ayers, Violent Mobs Beating Cops in Chicago
thegatewaypundit.com ^ | March 13

Posted on 03/13/2016 8:14:41 AM PDT by Helicondelta

On Friday night the Trump campaign called off their Chicago rally due to security threats. Leftist protesters cheered, beat Trump supporters, block an ambulance to the local hospital and screamed profanities at families staying at the Trump Hotel.

Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and John Kasich sided with Bill Ayers, Black Lives Matter, Communists and violent far left protesters.

The anti-Trump protesters blocked ambulances and screamed at emergency workers, “F*ck you! F*ck you! Back up and go around!”

The anti-Trump mob beat police officers outside the arena.

On Saturday Ted Cruz lost support of prominent conservatives.

Ted Cruz also lost support of law enforcement.

I belong to LE groups on social and real world. About 50k members total. More than scientific sample. Cruz has lost the cops. #TrumpProtest

And unfortunately, @tedcruz ignored their chants of "f'k the police!" and their stomping on American flags. https://t.co/WEJqKtbWm3

He didn’t side with the Bill Ayres people. He just said that Trump was wrong in encouraging the violence and he did encourage it when he offered to pay for legal fees for supporter who sucker punched the protester.

Which he seemed to walk back a little bit, didn’t he. No sorry. It is out there just like everything Cruz has said that you keep harping on perpetually. It is obvious that your mind is closed. Trump is right about everything all the time and even when he isn’t, he is. Got it.

I was holding out for some thread of hope that Teddy would come around and stand with Trump, but that is over! Trump stands alone now. Thank GOD we had Trump to expose Cruz as the RINO he seems to be.

what do you mean “he (Cruz) could have won it all”? You guys have had Cruz dead and buried long ago. I still wish Cruz had not said that, because it opened the door for people to infer the wrong thing. And gave our Trump supporters a field day.

Cruz never sided with Bill Ayers. you anti-Cruz zealots have tried to make it seem that way. Most people hear these things second hand and they are somewhat difficult to defend.

Perhaps you could quote where I mentioned “Bill Ayers”.

Interesting you go straight to that comparison all by yourself.

Most likely is some big promises from the GOPe.

It appears the real King may be giving Teddy an education as to what happens to those who take the name of the Lord in vain.
That’s as a personal vanity for his own hoped-for enhancement.

Can Trump get a restraining order against the groups involved in Chicago to keep them from attending his rallies?

He merely pointed out that trumps level of rhetoric does not help the situation which by the way is a true statement

Not really. Cruz said:

"And when you have a campaign that disrespects the voters, when you have a campaign that affirmatively promotes violence, when you have a campaign that is facing allegations of physical violence against members of the press, you create an environment that only encourages this type of discord"

But there is no truth to the allegations about physical violence against members of the press. The first instance where the media alleged a reporter was knocked down turned out to be a situation where a Secret Service agent pushed a reported after the reporter tried to grab the agent by the throat.

The second, since according to Sen. Cruz there had to be more than one "allegation" is probably the allegation by a reporter that she was manhandled and thrown to the ground by Corey Lowandowski, one of Trump's campaign staff.

I suggest you watch this video and see if Ms. Fields, the woman wearing glasses, is "thrown to the ground".

Cruz's other accusations are equally off base. Only Trump has to contend with organized left-wing protesters trying to disrupt his rallies, and as we saw in Chicago, fight with law enforcement officers.

Trump does not promote the instigation of violence, that's what the protesters do. And most of the "violence" occurs when police officers and Secret Service agents evict disruptive protesters.

"The responsibility lies with the protestors who took violence into their own hands."

And might have stopped right there.

However, his worship of PC overwhelmed his common sense and the most critical issue in play.

He might have fooled everyone bit longer.
