I wish Trump would start his next rally by smashing a Made in China Daisy Red Ryder BB gun with a Made in the USA hammer (if he can find one).
First show the carton and how it is unmarked as to country of manufacture. Then open it and find the obscure Made in China label. After that just smash it to bits right on stage.
I bought my 7.5 y/o son a Daisy Red Ryder, like I had 35 years or so ago. He found it under the Tree this AM. He loves it, shoots it well (with shooting goggles of course). Then, while I was looking at this classic American X-Mass gift, there it was stamped in the metal.... "MADE IN CHINA". WFT?????? An all American (or so I thought), airgun company is importing Red Ryder BB guns from China? Is it just me, or does this just stink? Granted, I got it on sale for $29.95 at Dicks Sporting Goods on Black Friday, but even if they cost $100.00, if they were still made in the USA, I would feel better about it. The metal looks good, it shoots as fast and accurate as I remember, but the wood looks sub par, not as nice as my old one. But for me, the "MADE IN CHINA" stamp just kills it.
Perhaps he can burn a made in China Trump Suit and Tie, more fitting don’t you think?
More rally suggestions...
Suggestion #1: get whatever security you need and DON’T CANCEL - it just encourages these thugs.
Suggestion #2: See Suggestion #1.
He could do that too.
I was very disappointed Trump canceled that rally.
Or a Canadian politician?
Easy to find Made in USA hammers. Craftsman and Husky, although I would double check the Craftsman, they have been making some of their handtools in foreign countries, which I’m extremely disappointed in.
I was, too, but if you are going into the hot LZ you better be prepared for an ambush. DT supporters are angrier than the billionaire who is only losing profits. The leader of the movement should come up with a plan instead of just sending his untrained boots into the fray.
The Soros gangs are psyched liked ISIS.
DT should also be careful of those behind him. When I saw his reaction of what was going on back there I thought of how Prince Charles reacted to his assassination attempt [actually it was a suicide by cop attempt—starter pistol—but the Prince didn’t know that].

At least you can see the label. Look at the box a Daisy Red Ryder BB gun ships in. It doesn't say Made in XXXX anywhere on it. Go to Wal Mart and check it yourself.
I want 2016 to make 1968 look like a joke.
Sorry. Every time I see something foreign made it just makes me think of the domestic business/regulatory environment that will no longer support the profitable manufacture of that item.
I think, Daisy Outdoor Products for moving a factory to China is not the problem. The anti manufacturing climate and corporate tax structure in this country are.
Make it easier and cheaper to produce a product here and it will happen. Taxes, Fees and compliance with silly Government regulations from EPA, OSHA and oh so many others are killing this nation’s ability to make anything.
As for Trump products coming form China; where do you propose he have them made? There aren’t a heck of a lot of clothing manufactures left here.
That is dogmatic response from conditioning by the Cheap Labor Cartel.
Multinationals love regulations and taxes. They love them, love them, love them. Why? The reasons are two fold, they love the fact that all of these regulations can be very expensive and keep the riff riff out of the market and starting up and competing from scratch cost prohibitive. Secondly those taxes and regulations are the perfect excuse to off shore and exploit slave labor overseas and re -importing back into the USA duty free -- the real reason for offshoring. For big cap manufacturing it is a win-win.

You claim it is hypocrisy. How is that hypocrisy? He didn’t move a company overseas. Maybe you will explain your world view here?
I view this the same as dealing with terrorism. We’ll see how he does.
Question. Should the crowds be permitted the right to carry?
Inside the venue no. Outside it, all is fair.
I think the deal with the Red Rider is that the parts are made in China but it is still assembled here. The Daisy factory is just down the road from me, and is still open. They have a sweet little Daisy Airgun Museum downtown. It is a gray area I know, but I do commend them for minimizing the Chinese end of it the best they can, in order to remain in business and maintain US operations. I won’t slag them for doing something they were no doubt driven to do.
Uhm, started a small business lately?
The freedom of market economics is the freedom to replace producers that price themselves out of the market.
When a guy can grow and ship a tomato to the US from Mexico cheaper than a guy can do it from within the US, there's a systemic problem.
