Reverting back to my microbiological days almsot 40 years ago, PET, PE, PP, or any other polymer is an very very unlikely ever to be a singular food source for any bacteriological species.
Can about guarantee that there will there will also be an augmented food source to get these bugs to work the complex chained polymer molecules.
