KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The police used pepper spray twice to disperse protesters outside Donald J. Trump’s rally here Saturday night, just 24 hours after confrontations between his supporters and demonstrators led to the cancellation of a Chicago event.
Cellphone video posted on social media appeared to show as many as four cans of spray being used at one point as protesters confronted police officers on foot and on horseback.
Andrea Tunks, 19, said she and several other protesters had locked arms and faced down two police horses and numerous officers in front of the theater where the rally took place.
She said she believed the police were preparing to have the horses walk toward them. At that point, she said, she was sprayed

Pepper spray gets only a portion of the job done. Always use the MILSPEC CS tear gas + pepper spray. That you don’t recover from anytime soon. You also remember it like you were waterboarded for 30 minutes straight.

Pepper spray (OC), tear gas and high pressure water cannons do wonders to disperse crowds. There needs to be more use of the tools to quell with street rats and disrupters. Enough is enough.
Oh come on. Peaceful protest is a right protected by the Constitution. We may not agree with them but their right to protest across the street from Trump's rally is not something to be hit with tear gas or water cannon. Would you say the same about a protest outside of a Hillary rally? Or a protest outside an abortion clinic? Now if they get out of line then yes they should be arrested, and all indications are last night they were.
Don’t these protesters realize that their efforts are going to have the exact opposite effect of what they intend? That they’’ll end up persuading the undecided to vote Trump? I have to laugh because it’s happened before — 1968.
Now time to break out the rubber bullets.
