No Indictment Necessary EDITORIAL: Hillary Clinton's Deeds Will Return To Haunt Her
By THE WASHINGTON TIMES - - Wednesday, March 9, 2016 Washington reduces everything to politics, and never more than when a public official is suspected of criminal behavior that would send the average citizen to live a good part of the rest of his life behind the bars of a dreary federal prison. Just now the nations capital is abuzz with speculation about Hillary Clinton and her clear violation of the law against playing fast and loose with the nations security secrets. The 200-million (or 500-million) dollar question, enough to pay for a presidential campaign, is what will the law do about it.
One mock photograph making viral rounds on the Internets social media sites, realistic in its particulars but contrived by a photoshopper, depicts Hillary, dressed in an orange jump suit, sitting on her bunk in a bare cell with an open toilet as her only furniture. Bill, she asks her visitor, how long will I have to be in here? Bubba, with bowed head and trying not to crack up, answers: At this point, what difference does it make?
Harsh, and perhaps cruel, but it makes the point that Hillary is in deep trouble, trouble with lethal perception if not actual reality. The expanding FBI investigation into her abuse of her private email server is far more serious than Bernie Sanders and the Democrats may think it is.
President Obama, who is counting on Hillary to preserve the damage he has done over seven years and counting, concedes that she made a mistake with her email server, but offers the wishful assurance that it was not a situation in which Americas national security was endangered. This is worthless as assurance, ........

Yer welcome. Use as you see fit. I am :)
“Anyone else would be indicted by now.”
I used to work with classified information. Anyone else would have been under the jail for two years by now.
One ex-US attorney said the FBI should wrap things up in 60 days. Along with that, Judicial Watch will be able to get federal subpoenas issued to Hillary’ aides starting in May based on the judge’s order that procedures be in place by the end of April.
The FBI now owns Pagliano and Guccifer is due to be extradited here soon since the Romanian court OKed it. Everything from those two will tie things together.
I would be surprised if the FBI waits to go second after Judicial Watch to question Hillary’s aides. For that reason, the leak and the judge’s decision, May, at the latest, is going to be a hot month for Hillary.
I’m not sure if that will also mean the investigation into her criminal use of a public office will be complete at that time.
Normally when the FBI starts asking questions, they already know the answers.
BS. He has the same race card immunity after leaving office as he has now. He be untouchable regardless of who wins the election.
I CALL BULL S**T OBAMA! You lying POS, exposing classified information on a non-secure system ALWAYS endangers national security. If it didn't, we wouldn't bother going to all the expense and trouble of having secure systems. obama you are a lying...I knew they could stack it pretty high, I didn't realize they could make it talk.
Almost every kid lifting a six pack of Burgie gets charges against him. Pour some beer over Hillary and enrich her already!!!!!! Equal justice under the law.
Perhaps. But then she is open to all sorts of accusations that she cannot disprove. Bad as logic, but that is the way we should fight against these types. They do it to us all the time.
The private server has already shown evidence of security violations. I’m waiting to hear about the Clinton Foundation’s criminal enterprises.
Tin foil hat thoughts - This is why Obama wants to pick the VP for Hillary. As soon as she is sworn in, AG Lynch slaps the cuffs on her; she’s prosecuted and convicted and has to leave office. The VP takes over as President and we get four more years of Obama-controlled presidency to finish off the country as we know it.
Once sworn in, a President cannot be removed from office except by impeachment and being found guilty by the Senate.
“...to have ANY semblance of a society founded on the rule of law...”
Our Constitution was described as a document of negative liberties by the current resident of the White HOuse, yet he took an oath to uphold it.
How can we have “rule of law” when the very document upon which it’s based is trivialized and made the enemy?
Just asking.
(Have we arrived at the banana republic yet?)
IMHO
