Actually, they do; but we don't.

As was demonstrated in Chicago.

No one is guaranteeing or enforcing our right.

We should bring a class action suit, under the equal protection clause.

You have no right to prevent, obstruct or intimidate folks peacefully assembling or assembled at a private rally. If you block traffic or harass those en rout, that is against the law. In fact, a mob gathered in the street is not a peaceful, legal assembly.

I am stunned at how, supposedly Constitutional conservatives, contort themselves into a pretzel to justify CRuz/Rubes joining BLM and 'Move on' in their assault on Trump.
