“Cruz had a chance to stand next to Trump is solidarity against this orchestrated effort to molest and disrupt as peaceful political assembly... He failed.”
I was thinking the same. WHAT IF Cruz had said something like:
“Violent disruptions have NO PLACE in political discourse. Yes, I want Trump to lose, but not at the price of SILENCING him and his supporters. That is something that happens in the Third World, and should NEVER be allowed to happen in America.”
Cruz would likely sailing to the nomination tonight, instead of looking like a TOTAL LOSER.
Talk about a missed opportunity...
Cruz has missed a lot of opportunities to rise above the fray. I am beginning to believe he is not as bright as we give him credit for. :(
